Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager or bet through the 12jeetx platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who interacts with the 12jeetx platform in any capacity.

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and 12jeetx with respect to your use of the platform. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document published on 12jeetx, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

12jeetx reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where required by applicable regulation. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the modified terms, you must immediately cease using 12jeetx and close your account.

• These Terms apply to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other services offered on 12jeetx.
• Use of the platform constitutes acceptance regardless of whether you have formally acknowledged the Terms & Conditions during registration.
• These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 12jeetx platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 12jeetx complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy each of the following conditions to be eligible to use 12jeetx:

• You are at least 18 years of age and can provide documentary evidence of your age upon request.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 12jeetx or any related platform.
• You are not depositing funds that originate from criminal activity or any unlawful source.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a natural and possible outcome of participation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of a 12jeetx employee or contractor.
• You understand and accept that 12jeetx may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility.

12jeetx reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, at the time of first withdrawal request, and at any subsequent point where verification is deemed necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of features available on 12jeetx — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual may only hold one account on 12jeetx. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts — whether under the same or a different name, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 12jeetx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void any bonuses claimed, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 12jeetx will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify our support team immediately at support@12jeetx and change your password without delay.

• One account per person: registering multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all accounts.
• Accurate information: all details provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.
• Account security: you are responsible for all activity conducted under your account and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Verification compliance: failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

12jeetx supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 12jeetx does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

All withdrawals are subject to standard anti-money-laundering (AML) checks. 12jeetx is committed to preventing the use of its platform for financial crime. If any transaction is identified as suspicious, 12jeetx may place a temporary hold on the account and request additional documentation. Players found to be using 12jeetx for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will have their accounts permanently closed and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

12jeetx periodically offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions offered by 12jeetx are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. The general principles governing bonuses are set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified account holders only. Players who have self-excluded from 12jeetx are not eligible for any promotional offer.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household address, device, and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• 12jeetx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying players are not materially disadvantaged.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or the use of automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible account suspension.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on 12jeetx. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and crash games may also apply and will be displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

1. Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on 12jeetx are subject to acceptance by the platform. 12jeetx reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by 12jeetx at any time without notice.
3. Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by 12jeetx in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest error in odds, event cancellation, abandonment or postponement of a sporting event, and technical errors in game software. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
4. Live Betting: In-play or live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at the discretion of 12jeetx. Any bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated. Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined — including those placed due to a technical delay — may be voided.
5. Casino Game Integrity: All slot games, table games, and crash games offered on 12jeetx use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined solely by the underlying RNG and cannot be influenced by 12jeetx or the player.
6. Disconnections: 12jeetx is not liable for losses arising from disconnection during a game or betting event due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in a casino game, the game will resume from the point of disconnection upon reconnection where technically possible.
7. Currency: All bets, payouts, and account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 12jeetx does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a user of 12jeetx, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on 12jeetx and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of all account balances.

12jeetx employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct, fraud, and abuse. Where suspicious activity is detected, 12jeetx may place an immediate hold on an account, suspend access to the platform, and initiate an investigation. During any such investigation, the account holder will be notified by email and invited to provide any information that may assist in resolving the matter.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or 12jeetx may close or suspend an account on the platform. The rights and procedures applicable in each case are described below.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request the closure of your 12jeetx account at any time by contacting our support team at support@12jeetx. Upon receiving your closure request, 12jeetx will process any outstanding withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance, subject to standard verification and AML checks. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Suspension or Closure by 12jeetx: 12jeetx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe stipulated by 12jeetx.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• At the request of the account holder under a responsible gaming self-exclusion arrangement.

Where an account is closed by 12jeetx due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where closure is due to responsible gaming self-exclusion, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all applicable checks are completed.
