Self-Exclusion Programme

Self-exclusion allows you to close your account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Unlike a time-out, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period — this is by design, to give you the firm boundary you need to recover.

Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority by our team. We process them within 24 hours and immediately cease all marketing communications to the excluded account. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your nominated payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) before the account is closed.
